This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to LingoMate AI, operated by Lingomate AI.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including simply changing your mind.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@lingomateai.com with your order details and we will arrange the refund. Payments for LingoMate AI are processed securely by our payment gateway, Razorpay.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again after cancellation.

Renewals

If a renewal payment was taken unexpectedly, contact us within 30 days of that payment and we will review the charge and refund it where appropriate.

Processing times

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
